Ingredients

  • 270 g tin of light coconut milk
  • 2 cups self-raising flour (I ended up using about 21/2 cups)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 3 tbls hoisin sauce, plus extra to serve
  • 2 tbls lightly toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 chilli sliced
  • 1 pack uncle Ben
