Ingredients

  • 100 g cooked noodles (I often use dried soba as they are always in my pantry but other noodles will do. Cook them according to the instructions.)
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese Black Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
