Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp almond essence
  • 1 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 2 x 20cm baking tins with butter and sprinkle with flour
