  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons (75 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
  • 1 pint (16 ounces) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 pint (8 ounces) fresh raspberries
