Ingredients

  • 300 gm beetroot
  • 120 ml seedless raspberry jam
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 125 gm plain flour
  • 90 gm oat flour (grinded old fashioned rolled oats till fine)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
