Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 35 g butter
  • 185 mls beer
  • 250 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp salt plus
  • 35 g butter, chilled
  • 185 g beer
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves only, roughly chopped
  • 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper Put flour, salt and butter into the TM bowl and mix Speed

  • 8 seconds Scrape sides Add the rosemary and beer and combine Reverse
  • 4 seconds Scoop out the dough and form a smooth ball and then put on the baking tray Flatten the ball to make a circle

  • 30 minutes or until golden Serve with lashings of butter either warm or room temperature
