Ingredients

  • 9 inch cake
  • 2 mix
  • 5 yolk
  • 20 g caster sugar
  • 50 g soya
  • 60 g low fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 90 g cake flour
  • 5 whites
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 25 minutes
  • Cool the cake , together with pan, on a rack.
