  • 110 g dehydrated almond pulp, almond flour or finely ground raw almonds
  • 70 g raw cashews
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 large
  • ½ tsp bicarb of soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or coconut nectar (optional)
