  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 g of plain flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • 3 medium over-ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
  • 110 g plain yogurt
  • 60 g of chopped toasted pecans (1/2 cup)
  • 180 g of milk chocolate chips (1 cup)
