  • 280 g Unsalted Butter, chilled and cut into cubes
  • 360 ml Buttermilk
  • 55 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 Spring Onions, finely sliced, white part only
