  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 40 g fresh ginger
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 6-8 chicken thighs
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 100 g water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 g white balsamic vinegar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 130 g dried apricots
  • 5 seconds Scrape down the sides
