Ingredients

  • Canola oil spray*
  • 2 cups bran cereal*
  • 1 cup skim milk*
  • 1 cup (200g) chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds*
  • 125 g can Edgell chickpeas drained and rinsed*
  • 2 eggs*
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar loosely packed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sunflower or canola oil*
