  • 1 egg
  • 10 g flour
  • 50 g ground almond
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 extra egg white
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped out
  • 2.5 cm loose
  • 4 apples
  • 4 pears peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 25 g butter
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 160 g butter
  • 125 g is sufficient to make the crumble very delicious
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 80 g demerara sugar
  • 50 g walnut, roughly chopped (or any nuts like hazelnuts or pecans)
