Ingredients

  • 1 C butter
  • 1 C dates
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 for the bottom
  • 3/4 C raw cacao (or good quality cocoa)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 250 g block cream cheese
  • 110 g apple puree
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 3/4 of the brownie mix into the prepared pan and set the rest aside
  • 225 g butter
  • 140 g pitted dates
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 for the bottom and
  • 1 for the topping
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 55 g raw cacao
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 110 g apple puree
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 180 C and grease and
  • 3 Add the dates, banana
  • 8 seconds Add
  • 3 eggs and combine, speed 5 / 3 secnds Add flour, cacao, baking powder and salt. Reverse / speed 3 / 12 seconds, scrape sides Put 3/4 of the brownie mix into the prepared pan and set aside the remainder. Clean the TM bowl and then Add cream cheese, remaining egg and apple puree and blend until smooth Speed 4 / 10 seconds Put the cream cheese mix on top of the brownie mix in 3 stripes, then dollop the remaining brownie mix on top. With a knife swirl the brownie mix through the cream cheese to create "tiger" stripes.
