Ingredients

  • 22 cm round pan lined with non
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 3/4 C (75g) cocoa, sifted
  • 3 C (295g) caster sugar (I used rapadura sugar)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 C (180g) almond meal
  • 2 C (225g) White Wings Gluten
  • 3/4 C (180ml) milk
  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 C (125ml) pouring (single) cream
  • 70 g unsalted butter
  • 1 hour or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
