4 Ingredient Gluten-Free Pancakes, vegan!

  • 60 g gluten-free flour
  • 25 g coconut sugar or any sweetener of choice
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 120 ml non-dairy milk we use oat milk


    1, Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, and then add the milk. Whisk until evenly mixed and moist to complete the batter.

    2. Preheat a non-stick frying pan or skillet.

    3. Over medium heat, pour the desired quantity of the batter into the hot pan. When bubbles appear on the surface and begin to break (about 1 minute), flip the pancake over and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.

    4. Voilà, enjoy your gluten-free pancakes and have a lovely Pancake Day!
