My (Nutfree, Coconutfree) Chocolate BlissBalls. Our school doesn't have any nut restrictions so I don't really need to make things nutfree but I think it's good to mix things up a bit so we're not eating the same things all the time

I remembered seeing a pumpkin muffin recipe a while ago flicking through a free food magazine but couldn't remember what was in it so with what was left over I just had to try and create a yummy, gluten/nut/dairy/crapfree veggie smuggling sweet pumpkin muffin recipe for snack time and also a great one to take for morning tea at kindy
I don’t think this can be made nut-free, because the nut butter is an integral part of the cement, but you could look at seed butters or other nut butters if your allergies permit
So I’ve created a three part email series of blissballrecipes – this one is non chocolate blissballrecipes, and the other two are nutfreeblissballrecipes and date freeblissballrecipes

Sugar FreeCoconut Rough. Roll into small balls and cover in desiccated coconut. The mixture should be quite sticky - if not (this can depend on the protein powder, add a little more water or coconut oil)
Well, I bookmarked her Vegan Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookies to try at Christmas, and I was really tempted by her Health(ier) Peanut (Not Quite) Brittle, but as I needed something for a morning tea with family I wanted something baked
dedicated coconut. grain/dairy/gluten free, paleo, GAPS and what ever else you may be. Take tablespoon sized portions of the batter and roll into balls and place onto lined baking tray

I have to say that I am in absolute awe of mums like my cousin who on a day-to-day basis have to think of food for their kids which are free from all food colourings, gluten dairy , nuts etc
