Ingredients: 2008 when I made it for the inlaws; 25 g beef; 1 large onion; 1 carrot; 450 g cooked lamb; 1-2 cloves garlic; 1 tbsp plain flour; 1 tsp tomato; 300 ml beef stock; 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp chopped; 450 g potatoes; 2 tbsp double cream; 115 g unsalted butter; 1 pinch nutmeg
