250 gm paneer, cubed. 3/4 tsp garam masala. Marinate the paneer cubes with 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp crushed ginger, yoghurt and salt and keep it covered in the refrigerator for an hour. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and toast/ stir fry the paneer cubes till light golden brown on all sides. Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, kasuri methi and fresh cream and mix well.
