Tuscan-inspired pea and chilli pesto

the grilled prawns were tasty but a finger bowl would have been handy. Highlights were the local Albizzia Chardonnay, prawns with pureed chickpeas, roasted wild boar, baked Sea Bream (see below pic) and Paul’s garganelli lobster
